The space
As you walk into the house, you will see beautiful open living, dining and a gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded cabinets and breakfast bar. Beautiful lighting, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops will make you feel the luxury and right at home. The kitchen flows in to the fully furnished great room and dining area that overlooks the private pool and spa. The dining area has seating for 10 which is perfect for you and your guests to enjoy a good meal.
You can relax in the beautiful luxurious leather couch and watch a movie in the large 60” flat screen TV. In case, you cannot agree on a movie/program, just move on to the Home Theater upstairs, pick a blue ray disc and just enjoy your family movie night! If you don’t feel like watching a movie, just enjoy a good game in the game room with the kids or the adults!!!
Doesn’t matter what the weather is, the pool is heated (additional fee) and available for you and your family year around to take a dip, relax and if you feel like grilling and chillin’, just pop something in the grill, chill out with a glass of wine!! The backyard is private with no houses. So, you don’t have to worry about the neighbors overlooking your pool. There is also a outdoor seating area that you can enjoy and relax and share a good dinner.
